They will climb the ranks from intern to a foreign diplomat! This is a full time, 10 level career for any young adult to elder Sim.

There are several diplomatic relations stages.

Diplomacy relations are on a world by world basis, setting up the mod for some of the future features.

On the other hand, a good diplomatic relationship will do the opposite.

Citizens interacting with a citizen from another world which has a negative diplomatic relationship with their Monarch will experience a penalty when trying to build the relationship, making it harder to get along.

These will either be good or bad, and will affect both the Monarch’s relationship with the other Monarch, plus it will affect the citizens of both worlds.

It will take around a day to hear back and have the relationship affected.

Monarchs now have several new interactions on the ‘ Correspondences Book’, to send Diplomatic letters to other monarchs.

This update adds diplomacy between worlds! This month I’ve been playing some Total War and was inspired by some of the interactions surrounding the relations between countries. I think that’s all for now! Fingers crossed that this patch won’t be as bad as anticipated but I have little hope for that lol. Personally I will try my best to at least react with an emoji on discord as confirmation that I’ve seen your post!

Please do not post things in help chats such as ‘mod is broken’ or 'doesn’t work’, this is really unhelpful as I’m sure you can imagine.

Please remember that we are only human and have other responsibilities and lives outside of TS4, we will be trying our best during this time to juggle everything.

Please be patient and considerate with modders after the patch drops, some mods may be updated in a day or two and some may take weeks.

I wanted to list some ways you as a player can be helpful to mod creators during this time!: You also probably know that this patch is anticipated to be quite the mod decimator. As you probably know, today is patch day!
